The Problem

In the U.K., despite over 20 years of the Girl Power movement, women still remain a disenfranchised bloc of the economy. Women make up 59% of the minimum wage workforce in the U.K. and only 13% of STEM workforce are women.

The Solution

Fearless Futures runs a number of programs to support small groups of women in becoming more self-aware, and in becoming active agents against gender inequality. All of Fearless Futures' programs run for multiple weeks and provide space for active participation and collaboration. The curriculum of Fearless Futures focuses on critical thinking, meta-cognition, power, self-worth, inequality, and social change.
