Asia Against AIDS-Back To Zero: Indonesia

After started our pilot project in Indonesia in 2014, we would love to expand to India, to inform young people via social media -using pop culture- about HIV/AIDS, getting tested, LGBT issues etc.

The Problem

Young people in many Asian countries don't learn about (safe) sex: not at home, not at school and it's not really a subject to discuss with friends either. New HIV infections are higher than ever before in the region- and so is the use of social media.

The Solution

Our idea is to create cool messages -using international and local pop stars- and get right to the smart phones of these young people, as it's private and direct. It's working in Indonesia and it'll work in India.
